We provide estimated timelines based on the scope of work and current workload. Our on-time guarantee means that for qualifying projects, if we exceed the agreed completion date, you receive a credit of $200 per day (up to a maximum of $2,000).

Home Redesign Hub obtains all necessary building permits and coordinates required inspections for your project. Permit costs are included in your project estimate. Clients are responsible for any HOA approvals or special district permits that may be required.

10. Insurance and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Redesign Hub's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may initiate mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Yavapai County, Arizona.

13. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, drawings, and creative materials produced by Home Redesign Hub remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific property for which they were created. Clients may not reproduce or distribute our designs for use on other properties.

All content on this website (text, images, videos, graphics, logos) is the property of Home Redesign Hub and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Financing options are provided through third-party lending partners. Home Redesign Hub is not a lender. Financing terms, interest rates, and approval are subject to the lender's terms and conditions. We make no guarantees regarding loan approval. All financing agreements are directly between the client and the lending institution.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Home Redesign Hub, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with any individual project contracts, constitute the entire agreement between you and Home Redesign Hub regarding your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

21. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or transportation difficulties.
